- Alviro Peterson has been stepped down as Lions captain by selectors. Now Lions's wicketkeeper batsmen Thami Tsolekile has given the charge of captaincy for the rest Ram Slam T20 Challenge games.
- CEO of Lions's Team - Greg Fredericks Alviro Petersen's decision was unexpected. "I thanks to Alviro Peterson for his captaincy in past.
